These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and JaldiMoney Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("JaldiMoney", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. These Terms govern your access to and use of the website jaldimoney.com and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a resident of India or an Indian citizen;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform;
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business entity (for business loans or partner registration), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of the Platform require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with any third party;
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these Terms.

4. Description of Services

JaldiMoney operates as a financial marketplace and technology platform. We provide the following services:

• Loan Comparison: Browse and compare loan products from multiple RBI-regulated banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders;
• Credit Score Check: Obtain your credit score through soft inquiries via licensed credit bureaus;
• Loan Application Facilitation: Submit loan applications which are routed to suitable lending partners;
• Lead Routing: Match your financial profile with lending partners best suited to your requirements;
• Financial Calculators: Access EMI, eligibility, and balance transfer calculators for planning purposes;
• Investment Information: Browse information about investment products such as mutual funds, fixed deposits, NPS, and PPF.

5. User Obligations

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in all forms, applications, and communications;
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including forged KYC documents;
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or computer systems;
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, security, or functionality;
• Not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Platform;
• Not submit multiple fraudulent loan applications or engage in application stacking;
• Comply with all terms and conditions of the lending partner with whom you enter into a loan agreement.

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, data compilations, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are the exclusive property of JaldiMoney Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

JaldiMoney operates solely as a marketplace facilitator. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your interactions with lending partners, including but not limited to loan rejection, unfavourable loan terms, delayed disbursement, or disputes regarding repayment;
• All loan agreements are entered into directly between you and the lending partner. JaldiMoney is not a party to any such agreement;
• We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, products, or services of any third-party lending partner;
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to JaldiMoney, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim;
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Disclaimer

The information provided on the Platform is for general informational and comparison purposes only:

• Interest rates, processing fees, loan amounts, tenures, and other product terms displayed on the Platform are indicative and subject to change by lending partners without prior notice;
• Actual loan terms will be determined by the lending partner based on their independent assessment of your application;
• Credit score information is provided for indicative purposes and may differ from scores used by individual lenders;
• Calculator results (EMI, eligibility, balance transfer) are estimates and do not constitute a loan offer or guarantee;
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by JaldiMoney. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of any third-party content. Your access to and use of third-party websites and services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy policies and terms of service of any third-party websites you visit.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to cases where:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority;
• We reasonably believe your account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes;
• We discontinue or materially modify the Platform or any part thereof.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 6, 7, 8, 11, and 12.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations for a period of 30 days from the date of written notice of the dispute.

If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
