Tour de France 2021 : Fan’s stupidity caused major crash; what does “allez opi-omi” mean?

Tour de France 2021 had a major crash resulting into fall of dozens of riders due to stupidity of one fan holding sign board. The board had “Allez Opi-Omi” which means “to go”in french and “Grandfather and Grandmother” in German.

The crash resulted into Jasha Sutterlin withdrawing from the race due to injuries sustained in crash as per @LeTour.
